It is because of its humorous way of showing us the problems that the Filipino families are currently experiencing. The father asked the rich man if he heard the sound and he said that it is already his payment. He made a loud noise by shaking the hat off. He collected coins from each member of his family and putted it on his hat. The father admitted the said testament then said that he’ll pay off the debt that he had. The rich man was accusing the father that they’ve been stealing the aroma of their delicious food which makes his children pale and sick. Their whole family went to court and proceed immediately with the interrogation. The rich man filed a complaint case against the poor family, stating that the family stole the enchanting odor of their food everytime they cook. However, the poor family still laughs and plays which made them healthy enough.

They had a next door neighbor who is definitely a rich man with sons and daughters that seldomly comes out of the house. His father’s farm became a total wreckage due to the sudden Philippine flood which made him and his family live in town even though he preferred to live in the country. It all started with an unknown boy narrating his life experience.
